History
A small step back in time
As a youngster Anco started making music. Playing a plastic bluesharp at 4 years old and guitar as a teenager, Anco developed a broad musical taste. From Wu-tang Clan to Korn. From Metallica to Acda en de Munnik. It all has his interest. And when we take a look at this picture, we can easily establish that the interest in engineering started at an even younger age.
As an artist Anco has always looked for the best sound quality the budget let him. Good stuff is just so important.
When he wanted to record music himself, he discovered that a day in the studio can be pretty expensive. There should be another way, he thought. And thats how Macchie Music Studio started to grow out to a professional place for recording, mixing and mastering.
As an indipendent artist, Anco is familiar with both the possibilities and the pittfalls for releasing your music. Buying an interface and a mic is a brease. A mattress against the wall and you may have… pretty much nothing yet. It might be a good start though.
Our goal

In short: Anco will help you telling your story through a great mixes and masters.
And with your story it starts. You have your recording or mix and you have something in mind. The most important part is your input! We will start with a draft mix or master on which you can give your feedback. Music is subjective. There are no rules. With your feedback a new version is made. Untill you are happy.
After all, you can only release your song for the first time, once.

Anco has always been a picky guy when it comes to sound. Always hearing the smallest irregularities. As a multinstrumentalist he knows how the instruments should sound and how they should sit in the mix.
Anco learned the art of mixing and mastering by years of practice, research and collaboration. In the meanwhile Macchie Music Studio has developed to a very professional place.
